As part of its Sadler Seminar Series 2016, the Leeds Voices project is delighted to welcome Dr Suzanne Hall (LSE) to the Leeds Humanities Research Institute.

Suzanne is Assistant Professor in Sociology and Research Fellow, LSE Cities, at the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is an urban ethnographer, currently working on the micro-economies and spaces of urban migration. Suzanne was recently awarded an ESRC Future Research Leaders grant (2015-2017) for a comparative project on ‘Super-diverse Streets: Economies and Spaces of Migration in UK Cities’, which builds on a previous London-based project, ‘Ordinary Streets’ http://lsecities.net/objects/research-projects/ordinary-streets. Her research monograph, City, Street and Citizen: The measure of the ordinary, was published in 2012.
